Hi, I’m Nicole, and this is Worrying Well🤍

Worrying Well is a weekly newsletter that infuses my love for writing, wellness, and my natural inclination to worry. Usually, I’m writing from the comfort of my couch with my pup, Ruby, snuggled close by– just like in the photo above.

This newsletter is a place where my unpolished writing can live in order to create connection and community with other twenty-somethings and whoever else finds my inner world interesting. I’ll dive into topics all over the map, from pop culture, 90s kid nostalgia, complicated grief, stress reduction strategies, and survivorship.

When I’m not writing, I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach coaching clients to improve their well-being and developing programming for start-ups. Or you can find me I’m speaking to nurses and coaches about topics from my first book, “Courageous Well-Being for Nurses,” which I wrote with Donna A. Gaffney.
